To continue along my journey to my first-ever, self-cooked, Thanksgiving dinner, I did as much "day before" prep as possible.
Veggies are chopped for soon-to-be delicious dishes...

(well, actually, mine turned out as a less photogenic version of this, but I'm sure it tastes as delicious as this one looks)
